United States Foreclosure Attorney Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource covering 76 foreclosure attorney businesses across Polk County Metro. It’s built for homeowners trying to sort out who actually handles foreclosure defense, loan modification disputes, or sale postponements well in this area, without having to dig through a dozen browser tabs to compare firms.

We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that connection. How a listing gets here

Each profile starts with public business data: registration details, address, practice areas, and similar facts a firm can confirm or correct at any time. We don’t republish review text from Google. Instead, we synthesize what recent reviews say into a plain-language summary and link out to the business’s actual Google listing so you can read the source reviews yourself.

A business can ask us to fix a wrong phone number, an outdated address, or a closed location. What it can’t do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or position in the ranking. Those come out of the data and the rubric, not out of a conversation with the business.

How rankings are earned

Every ranking on this site follows a published, repeatable process rather than a private judgment call. We lay out exactly what gets measured and how it’s weighted on the methodology page, and the same rubric applies to every firm in Polk County Metro, whether they know we exist or not.

Sponsored listings

Some pages include a listing marked “Sponsored.” That label is always visible, sponsored placements are shown separately from the earned ranking, and paying for a sponsorship never changes where a business lands in the actual rankings. If you see a firm ranked highly, that position came from the rubric and the underlying data, full stop.
