About this directory
What this directory is
United States Foreclosure Attorney Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource covering 76 foreclosure attorney businesses across Polk County Metro. It’s built for homeowners trying to sort out who actually handles foreclosure defense, loan modification disputes, or sale postponements well in this area, without having to dig through a dozen browser tabs to compare firms.
We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that connection. Referral arrangements never affect scores or earned rankings. The quote page spells this out in full before you submit anything.
Who publishes this
This site is published by Ondera Media, which puts out local business guides across Polk County Metro and ranks attorneys by quality rather than by who pays the most. Every listing here is built from public business records and a synthesis of published customer reviews, so real-world performance, not advertising budget, is what moves a firm up or down. Data gets refreshed monthly so the picture stays current. You can reach the publisher directly at trajahbuxton@outlook.com or 2038240275, or find more of their work at onderamedia.com.
Editorial oversight of the rankings sits with Sana Ferraro, Content Lead, who is responsible for how the rubric gets applied across listings.

How a listing gets here
Each profile starts with public business data: registration details, address, practice areas, and similar facts a firm can confirm or correct at any time. We don’t republish review text from Google. Instead, we synthesize what recent reviews say into a plain-language summary and link out to the business’s actual Google listing so you can read the source reviews yourself.
A business can ask us to fix a wrong phone number, an outdated address, or a closed location. What it can’t do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or position in the ranking. Those come out of the data and the rubric, not out of a conversation with the business.
How rankings are earned
Every ranking on this site follows a published, repeatable process rather than a private judgment call. We lay out exactly what gets measured and how it’s weighted on the methodology page, and the same rubric applies to every firm in Polk County Metro, whether they know we exist or not.
Sponsored listings
Some pages include a listing marked “Sponsored.” That label is always visible, sponsored placements are shown separately from the earned ranking, and paying for a sponsorship never changes where a business lands in the actual rankings. If you see a firm ranked highly, that position came from the rubric and the underlying data, full stop.
Questions about a listing
If you run a firm listed here and something factual is wrong, or you have questions about how the directory works, contact Ondera Media at the details above.

FAQ
- Can a listed attorney change their own ranking?
- No. A business can correct factual details like address or phone number, but the score, sentiment summary, and ranking position are generated from the published rubric and data, not from business input.
- Does this site republish Google review text?
- No. We synthesize recent Google reviews into a summary and link out to the business's Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself.
- Do sponsorships affect the rankings?
- No. Sponsored listings are clearly labeled and displayed separately from the earned ranking, which is based only on the published rubric and data.
- Who maintains the rankings?
- Sana Ferraro, Content Lead at Ondera Media, oversees how the rubric is applied across listings in Polk County Metro.
