We build listings from publicly available business data and score each practice using a fixed rubric applied uniformly to all Google reviews. Your listing appears free of charge. Payment has no bearing on your score or ranking, and never will. The full rubric is published under how we rank.

Fixing factual details

If your business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, or service descriptions are wrong in your listing, you can submit the correct information. Include something we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified and corrected, the updated details stay in place through all future data refreshes.

Disputing your score

Our scores are never hand-adjusted. A dispute is appropriate when the underlying data itself is faulty: your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. When you file a dispute, we re-examine the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a way to request a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, appears as a duplicate, or falls outside the scope of foreclosure attorney services in Polk County Metro. Our monthly verification cycle automatically detects and removes closed operations. If your listing is accurate and falls within scope, a removal request will be declined, and we will explain why.

How fast we respond

Every correction, dispute, or removal request receives acknowledgment within 5 business days. Removals that are approved are completed within 7 days. Requests we cannot grant come back with a plain explanation of the reason.
